The third book of the writer Ihsan Sharara after " Moussa AlZein Sharara: The Rebel Poet" and "Hassan Al Ameen: Traveler, Author and Historian." The preface is written by the poet Dr. Mohammed Ali Shams al-Din. This book is a collection of poetry and prose written over six decades. In poetry are love songs, love of country, the plight of Palestine and the suffering of displacement. In Prose are nostalgic letters to the mother, brother, wife, children and relatives who have been alienated by occupation which imposed borders that separated families and set up roadblocks, checkpoints and imposed permits. The book also includes eulogies to family members, comrades, friends and teachers, colleagues, writers and politicians. It is noteworthy that these nostalgic messages portray the torment and suffering of the senseless fighting between the people of one nation and the tragedy of displacement, and distance from homeland.
